For me, my family is everything. My sister’s kids are my kids. I want them to be good human beings and ardent followers of Guruji.
It so happened that my niece threw a bombshell on us a couple of months back that she’s seeing a boy of a different religion. I am not against any religion but I am aware that adjusting to a religion that is so different from ours would be a cause of concern. I also believe that all people are good, it’s the way we want to look at them and passing judgments about anybody is not an AOL principle.
I tried hard to convince myself that if this is what is destined, so be it. I was upset that in this process she had stopped her sadhna, seva, satsang. No matter how much I told her to meet Guruji, she dodged me. I ultimately gave up and surrendered my desire to our Master. And then, everything just happened. She was in Delhi and Guruji was there too. She went to meet him with a bouquet. He was briefly blessing everyone. When it came to her, he stopped, looked straight at her and asked “How areyou?”, and actually put His hand on her head. She felt as if He had just lifted her and put her in her place. That evening she called me up and told me that she will begin all over again with her sadhna, seva and satsang.
I surrender my desire in the morning, that very evening he fulfills it!

Since my childhood, I have been very spiritual. I am a devotee of Lord Shiva, but there was something which was lacking. I used to be very depressed, very shy. In fact I had very few friends in school because of this.
This is how I joined Art of Living, I am the biggest fan of Shreya Ghoshal (Indian singer) She herself calls me the same. I manage her community on Orkut where her fans gather and share her songs. Then one of the members added me on Orkut, we started chatting generally. Nearly after one year, he did the Yes+ Course and he was aware of my situation so he asked me “oye tujhe Art of Living ke baare mein pata hai” (Do you know anything about AOL). Though I had not done any course but I always admired Guruji for his unique talks and AOL bhajans. Finally I did my first Yes+ Course on January 15th 2010 in IIT Delhi.
It was amazing but still something was lacking. Then I went to the Ashram the very same year for Summer Magic. I mainly went because I really wanted to visit South India. So somehow I went there. I was very impressed with the teachers and when I saw Guruji in satsang for the first time, tears started rolling down my eyes and I myself couldn’t understand why it was happening!
I had one problem which I could share only with someone who could solve it. Well, I tried it on HIM 😉 I told him everything without knowing the end result. Then in November 2010, he called me and said “Don’t worry, I am always there with you”. After that, the trust for him had started developing in my heart and I took his words “I am always with you” quite lightly. But who knew that he actually meant it? I started experiencing strange miracles. I didn’t know whom to share it with. My life had become super amazing but still mysterious. I started feeling his presence everywhere. Then I got to know that he is definitely some incarnation.
In January 2011, I again went to the Ashram for doing “AMC with Guruji” thinking that the course would be taken by Guruji himself. I didn’t know what it actually was though it was my second advance course after Summer Magic. Then the time came, I was eagerly waiting for him to take the course but Swami Paramtej came to take the course and I did feel a little down but I was fine after 2 days. He finally came on the second day of the advance course. He was continuously looking at me and smiling in his own special way. I was shocked as to why he was looking at me. Then on the last day of the advance course, while I was half asleep, I got a call from Guruji’s secretary Nishant.
He said, “Tomorrow you have to come near Ganga Kuteer.” I asked “Why?” He replied, “Guruji wanted to meet you.” I was shocked. I was living in Aparna and from my room; I could see the flag hanging at Ganga Kuteer. Before sleeping, I had this wish to meet him before going and end the problem which was ruining my life.
Finally the day, 20th January, 2012 came. He called me. He gave me prasadam. I clicked a picture with Him and before I could tell my problem, he said it Himself! I was amazed as to how He could still remember my problem after 2 months when He meets thousands of people every day! Then he patted on my back and I felt an amazing positive current flowing in my body and I don’t know where that problem went that very second. Since that moment, it’s HIM and ONLY HIM everywhere
My relationship with him is something which I will never ever be able to express and I don’t understand how I have done so many Advance courses in a short span of time. All I can say is My Lord Shiva has actually come on this planet to save millions 🙂
I hope I’ll able to make Shreya Ghoshal do the course as well because she is indirectly the major medium who brought me to HIM, isn’t she?

Recently, when Guruji had come to Poona, I had a burning desire to meet him. I had gone for the event with a lot of hope and excitement.
The first miracle is that on the night of the Devi Pooja, my friends and I got an opportunity to sit on the stage just behind Guruji’s seat and later, after the Pooja, when I met Guruji, I got a hug from him. This was the best hug of my life.
The second miracle is that the next day when a friend of mine named Kunal and I were standing in the line to meet Guruji, Kunal just told Guruji that “Divesh wants to meet you”. After this I got a lovely surprise because Guruji said, “HA MEIN ISKO MILA THA” (Yes, but I have met him) and then he gave me a rose from the bouquet he was carrying.
The third miracle is that just a few days ago, before the trip, I was sitting at home and thinking of meeting Guruji and also clicking a photograph with him and then showing this photo to my family. I really was hoping to get this opportunity soon. After the trip, I received a mail from my friend Kunal. Now the shocking thing is that the mail contained a picture of Guruji and me when I met him in Poona after the Devi Pooja. In this picture, Guruji is looking straight in my eyes.
THIS REALLY IS A SUPERB MIRACLE OF MY DESIRE OF MEETING HIM GETTING FULLFILLED AND ALSO A PHOTOGRAPH WITH HIM GETTING FULLFILLED.

I don’t believe in Miracles; I rely on them.
It was February 2011 and all were volunteering for the upcoming YES!+ course to be taken by Bawa and Dinesh bhaiya which was followed by YES!+ DSN and Sahaj Samadhi Course. And I was sitting in my room sad and depressed. The reason was my cousin (my elder brother) who is very close to me, was going through the toughest period of his life. He was crossing the age of marriage according to parents and relatives (he was 33) and was forced by everyone for the same. His business was at a great loss. I was sad because I was not there to support him. Moreover, I was not even doing Seva which added to my sadness.
One day, my YES!+ teacher called me for dinner with other volunteers. I did not feel like going anywhere but I could not say no to him so I went. He was sitting in front of me and was reading out “I Promise” (By Guruji) to one of the volunteers. Listening to it I suddenly burst into tears and narrated him the whole thing. He said “tu aise ro rahi hai matlab tujhe apne Guru par bilkul bhi bharosa nahi hai” (If you are crying like this, it means you do not trust your Guru) He is waiting for you to give away your problemsto Him. You just have to surrender to Him. Pray to Him, have Faith and See the Magic.” His words changed something in me and that very moment I surrendered everything to Guruji and felt opened up like never before. I was smiling
Next day onwards I was doing Seva for the upcoming course. I repeated the course as well as the DSN. There is something new you learn from the course every time you do it. I almost forgot about the problems and did not talk about my brother at home. After all the courses, I went to celebrate Maha Shivratri with Guruji in Jaipur. I was fully involved in Seva and I lived, loved and enjoyed each and every moment during that period. My focus was only Guruji and His work.
After coming back to Delhi, I finally spoke to my mother for around half an hour or more. And there were again tears in my eyes but this time the transformed ones (from tears of sorrow to tears of Gratitude). I was speechless, stunned, could not move for a minute. My brother who was in trouble few weeks back was now doing awesomely well. His business started to grow again and his marriage got fixed. The most miraculous part was that he was going to step into new life on 13th May. Yes, he was getting married on 13th May, on Guruji’s Birthday. “Tera Main” I could remember only these two words that moment. Guruji just did it. Just few weeks and HE changed my brother’s life. Gratitude is just a small word for HIM.
Life has been a celebration since I have met Guruji. Problems just touch and go away. What remains is the immense Gratitude and Love which grow with every passing day. I have surrendered my life to HIM and Miracles just happen

Being with Guruji has been like a blessing and dream come true.
During Seva, many Nav Chetana Shibirs came my way, and I had the privilege to do 9 shibirs back to back in a span of three months. Thereafter four Bal chetana shibirs, where little children would effortlessly reduce you to unstoppable tears, when the shibir came to an end on the sixth day. I realized the power of the programs Guruji has devised and how he attracts souls towards him.
Now there was an intense desire in me to become a Part 1 teacher but the main hurdle in front of me was my age. I was on the wrong side of fifty and the cutoff age was supposedly 50 years. This idea was consuming me day and night. Once I happened to drive one Swamiji from the Ashram, and he said age is not a factor, your Sankalp matters. This got my mental ball rolling.
During the Maha Shiv Ratri Advance Meditation Course with Guruji in March 2012, I was in the Ashram and on the last day I had a chance of my life time to meet him face to face, one on one. I told him, “GURUJI I WANT TO BECOME A TEACHER”. He picked up a sweet, placed it on my palm and sweetly said, “HAAN TUM BANJAOO” (Yes, become a teacher) and within three and a half months (including a 12 day family vacation) I was able to complete all tasks assigned, all eligibilities complete and I was back at the Ashram for a 21 day Teachers Training Course and on 1st of August I was proudly holding the Teachers kit firmly clutched in my heart. My life had turned a full circle. This time I had a longer conversation with Guruji, he inquired about my profession, he asked me to go and conduct classes in Assam. Elated will be a mild word for my emotions then.
Back at my home, I had to complete my task of assisting at least 2 to 3 courses before I could venture on my own. On the eve of the 3rd course, I was sitting on the parapet of our city waterfront with my wife and our pet dog. A young Chinese couple came along and started playing with my dog. We struck a conversation and I immediately saw the wife as a future potential Art of Living teacher and spoke about the upcoming course which was starting the very next day. A miracle happened; the person enrolled; completed the course and is now friend for life.
Every day for me is a miracle, every moment is a revelation. The smile on my face cannot be erased; every day I learn new things; to love is my very nature; to serve is the privilege Gurudev has granted to me.

I am one of the most fortunate people who got the opportunity to do advance course in Bangalore ashram IN THE PRESENCE OF BELOVED GURUJI. It was my wish to do advance course only with Guruji. It took me 6 years to fulfil my wish, in October I went to Ashram for the first time during Navratri and in the very next month I was back for an advance course. Nothing was planned, everything happened by His grace. Today by His grace all my desires are fulfilled. I also did `Sahaj Samadhi’ with Bhanudidi, which is a very and my experience is simply divine, I have never experienced such a joy in my life. I feel contented and full of bliss.
In my house everyone has done the AOL basic course since 1998 and my parents never lose the opportunity to attend Satsang with Gurudev whenever HE is in Mumbai or Pune. They always wanted to see the Ashram but every time it was postponed due to some or the other reasons but this time I decided to take them to Ashram in February for Shivratri celebrations and they were more than willing to come and everything else just fell into place. As Guruji says, “You just say you want to come and everything will be taken care of”.
On the last day during our stay at ashram, there was Satsang in the evening. As usual Gurudev called those people who were celebrating their birthdays on stage. I took my mom and dad to the stage as it was their marriage anniversary. Guruji blessed them and asked them to exchange garlands. They were so happy!
Gurudev fulfilled all our wishes and made it the happiest moments of our lives. Meeting the Master is the experience of a lifetime. Events continue always, yet life changes completely!
We all have our share of the mundane and the exciting, We all have our joys and sorrows;
Sometimes we’re struggling, at times winning. Some simply exist while others are more fortunate.
Being with the Master is the experience of a million lifetimes.

There was a time in my life when the only thing that used to go on in my mind; how to commit suicide. I was tired and frustrated and I just wanted life to end. I used to keep thinking of several ways by which I could commit suicide.
One day I was told about the Art of Living Part 1 course. I went for it and believe me, after doing the Kriya only once; I fell in love with it. When I came back home after the course my mother was very surprised to see me. She said that I am looking cheerful and energetic. I told her that I am going to make Guruji my spiritual Guru. Since then I became a dedicated devotee. The Sudarshan Kriya has all by itself changed my life. Earlier, I used to feel very tired, lazy and lethargic. I used to get irritated very soon and even the smallest things would irritate me. I would not talk much; just remain silent all the time. My mother would also wonder why I always looked tired and pale. She would always tell me to talk and get some liveliness in me. But at that time all these things were impossible for me.
After doing the Kriya each and every single day, without fail, I was filled with a lot of positive energy, due to which I am still living and now I enjoy life. Now whenever I get a problem, I don’t crib about it but instead, I only focus on how to solve that particular problem. Things which used to irritate me earlier don’t bother me at all. Life has become better, easier and happier.
All this was possible only because of the Sudarshan Kriya and Guruji’s Blessings

I really don’t know where to start from when it comes to sharing miracle stories because they are endless. Life itself is a MIRACLE after meeting Guruji. I belong to a Brahmin family where chantings, poojas and homas carry a lot of importance and having some Guru in life has a lot more importance than that. But somewhere people don’t know whom to consider their Guru and they go crazy for whole life in search of HIM. But they say it is better to have a Guru in your life; life becomes a celebration. I started celebrating life since December 2010, till then I was just surviving.
You always love and remember those who stand by you in your problems. My life was a mess and my journey with The Art of Living started with lots of problems in life. I had two AOL teachers at home and I still wasn’t able to do any course. After waiting for 4-5 years, I got an opportunity and my questions answered through a dream.
I was very much connected to AOL without any of the courses because I heard Guruji on Sanskar every day. It was at a point in my life where I thought no one loved me and that there was no God but I was still longing to meet Guruji. Once someone asked him, “What about those who want to meet you Guruji but can’t come to meet you?” and his reply was that he would go and meet them in his dreams.
Some people don’t believe me when I say this and call me crazy but I had a dream where HE held my hand and told me something which I can’t forget for rest of my life. He told me, “I am always with you. All you problems are mine. Just relax”. You all can understand how it feels when you are in problem and someone gives you hope. HE made his words come true.
That one dream changed my live. Whenever I faced a problem, I would just end up saying, no problems are too big when you have a Guru and I am the luckiest to have Sri Sri as my Guru.

It was a hot summer after noon and I was with an Art of Living teacher’s residence for lunch.
One teacher said- “Isn’t it hot and humid today?” This made someone pour water all over the floor, making it cool.
Suddenly the teacher’s cell phone rang and he said- “Jai Gurudev”
Person over phone- “Jai gurudev”
Teacher- “Yeah, Jai Gurudev”
Person over phone- “Jai gurudev”
Teacher- “Yeah, Jai Gurudev”
Person over phone- “Jai gurudev”
He looked at me and I smiled.
He said- “GURUJI?????????”
Person over phone-“Yes, it is me. ”
The teacher – who was in shorts and tshirt stumbled and said, “Yes Guruji – Jai Gurudev”
Guruji- “Arey yeh kya tarikha hain baithne ka? Theek se kapde pehno. Get ready” (Why are you seated like this? Wear decent clothes and get ready)
He keeps the phone.
Teacher looked at me and said- “Please get up and dress up. Guruji has asked us to get ready.”
Within seconds we were all in white clothes and the floor was cleaned, the water was drained and dried up. Everything was lightening fast! The phone rang again.
Guruji- “Jai Gurudev”
Teacher- “Jai Gurudev Guruji!!”
Guruji–“Aah now you all look beautiful and fresh!!!”
Teacher – “Where are you Guruji?”
Guruji- “I am in Germany!!”
Teacher-“Okay Guruji”
Gurujis- “Get Ready.”
And surprisingly, after a few minutes many people came to the flat to enquire about Art of Living.
Isn’t it amazing? Guruji wants us to be on the mark every time. Where ever you are, you are representing Art of Living, so keep and maintain the grace 🙂 Be aware. HE is watching you right now.

My first meeting with Guruji was so beautiful & surprising. I had gone to meet Guruji at the place where he was staying not knowing that the meeting with him is only open to teachers. But I did not feel bad about it because I had decided that I am going to meet him by all means, no matter what. When a couple of teachers were going to the room to meet him, I just requested one of the teachers that I want to meet Guruji. Now that teacher could definitely say no, since the meeting was only for teachers. But instead, this teacher agreed and took me in. On entering I realized, that the teachers were celebrating Guruji”s birthday. When I went to Guruji, he fed me a piece of cake and blessed me & told me not to worry about anything.
People often wonder about how it is possible for Guruji to know what we are thinking and how does he know what is going on in our mind? In fact, these questions went on my mind as well. But after this incident I realize just how well Guruji can read my mind. In March 2012, when I went for the AMC with Guruji, I was continuously saying the mantra” GURUJI PLEASE MEET ME”. The course was being taken by Swami Brahmatej. On the 2nd day of the course, I requested Swamiji to make me meet Guruji. The next day, after Guruji finished taking a meditation session, a volunteer came to take me to the stage to meet Guruji. After meeting him, I was mentally thanking Swamiji because he kept me in mind and sent a volunteer to make me meet Guruji. That evening when I met Swamiji, I actually thanked him for sending a volunteer to make me meet Guruji but he was looking confused and then he said that he never sent any volunteer to me and that the volunteer was sent by Guruji himself. I was shocked when I heard this.
