Sweet Memories

I had done my Yes Plus Course recently in July 2013. I enrolled for the Advanced Course the day I completed the Yes Plus. I was really excited to go to the Bangalore Ashram for the Advanced Course as that place is truly beautiful. There were a few sweet experiences I had at the Ashram, which I would love to share with you all.

On the last night of the Advanced Course, there was Satsang at the Yagnashala. Like always, the Satsang was extremely refreshing. After Satsang, I just felt that I wanted to meet Sri Sri (Considering I was new to AOL family, I didn’t know much about Sri Sri to be frank). So I was walking on the road with this feeling in my heart, and suddenly, a person came and politely asked me to move aside. At first I did not understand why he asked me to do so. But then I heard that Gurudev’s car was to pass by from that road. This really excited me. Within just a few seconds, the car arrived, with Sri Sri seated inside. There were almost 50 people following the car and Guruji’s window was shut. When the car came a little forward, Guruji rolled down His window right in front of me, and said Hi! That was one of the most amazing experiences I had. It was pure joy!!!

Next day, after breaking our silence, we were informed that Gurudev had decided to meet us at the Badrivishala hall. I was sitting in the devotee line. Then it happened!! Sri Sri came in. He met all the devotees, one by one. He passed by me, seeing me with the corner of His eye, and then moved forward. He blessed the person sitting beside me. He did not bless me at that time. I was shattered (Didn’t really know why at that time).

Then Guruji said that He would take a group photo with us. By the time I heard about the photo, everybody had already arranged themselves, leaving a spot for Guruji. I sadly went to a corner and stood there, disappointed. Suddenly a person came near me and announced, gesturing the place beside me,”Guruji idhar khade honge”. Guruji came and stood beside me. Wow. What a feeling that was. Guruji was standing right next to me in the photo. After clicking the picture, when I got a chance, I told Gurudev, “Guruji I will do TTC”. He looked at me and gave me a big smile and then gave me His blessings

After the session, I touched my forehead to His feet. That moment was just so amazing for me. I have known about Sri Sri only since a month now but have experienced so much in such less time. My faith is growing multifold each day.

Guruji is really wonderful. He truly is the most loving person I have met:)
