Sudarshan Kriya Led Me to the True Song of Life: Happiness
I did my first Art of Living course three years ago. Before doing the course, if someone would ask for my help with something, I would say no.

This was during Gurudev's recent visit to the Boone Ashram in U.S., in Dec 2014. One day, during an argument, my twelve year-old son said "Nobody loves me". I told him, "Daddy and I love you". He still looked dejected. So I said "When you feel like that, remember Guruji loves you". He said "But Guruji does not even know who I am!". At Boone, we'd attend the Satsangs at evenings. Guruji spent a lot of time during those five days, answering questions and giving knowledge.
Noise to Silence, Spoiled Teenager to Youth Leader, From a Rough Stone to Polished Diamond, yes, that's the Miraculous journey of Kapil Bhatia, a 27 Years Young Dynamic Art of Breathing Workshop and Yes Plus Teacher from a very small island which is even hard to see on a globe, but, when drop meets the ocean it’s no longer a single drop, it itself becomes the ocean.
Jai Gurudev, It’s been quite a while since I wanted to write about my experiences with the Art-of-Living, but I was waiting for that one great miracle to mention over here.
I was 21 when I fell in love and at the age of 22, I decided to take the relation to the next level and get married.
It is said that in the presence of a Guru, five things blossom. One of them is that all talents in a person manifest.
I work with a private sector bank and life usually is quite hectic. Typically on Sundays, I like to stay home lying around, or go for outings such as a movie.
JGD, My name is Divesh Sharma and I am from Mumbai. I am a devotee since 2005. I would like to share a lovely miracle which happened with me recently.
In July 2013, I took my father to the Montreal Ashram in Canada for Guru Purnima, even though he had never met Sri Sri before.
I was with Gurudev at the Canadian Ashram during the Guru Poornima celebrations this year. Due to the huge number of visitors to the Ashram, car parking was arranged right at the entrance to the Ashram property.
I completed my Masters in May 2012 with a lot of hardships due to psychological and relationship issues. With the help and guidance of Guruji’s Kriya, Meditation and Knowledge I managed to sail through the hardship and come out victorious with flying colors.
On 18th June, 2013, Sri Sri was going to visit the BITS (one of India’s leading educational universities) campus in Goa where there would be a satsang (Vedic hymns and chants) and then He would address the students of the college.
When Sri Sri had visited Punjab (India) in November 2010, I went from to Ludhiana from Jalandhar, where I study, to meet Him.
My daughter Shruti is doing her graduation in Communication Design and had to take a lot of print outs for her project.
I used to be hyper, aggressive and a go getter Capricorn. I always thought I could achieve what I wanted by being aggressive and showing that I was in control.
I remember writing letters to GOD when I was just a little kid- though demanding small things like “Please turn the Wednesday into Sunday so that my father can come back from his duty and stay with me.”
Today, my heart overflows with tears of gratitude, and my life is abundant with grace. For more than two decades, my family and I endured financial struggles.
I was never a big follower of any Guru. The whole concept was alien to me. My elder sister on the other hand was devoted to Guruji.
I owe everything to my poor but religious and loving parents who had migrated empty handed from Pakistan during partition. We were regular in attending kirtans and satsangs anywhere close to our place where we stayed and everyday would read Bhagwat Gita, Shrimad Bhagwat, Sukhmani and I respected each and every religious and holy book as well as the Gurus.
