My mental health and wellness journey began with a wound – through heartbreak and chaos. I was diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder/ Bipolar disorder at the age of 22.

A deep emotional rupture in college — the kind of betrayal that shatters your trust and leaves you questioning your worth. That pain stayed with me, quietly shaping the years that followed.

I entered the corporate world with ambition but found myself in a battlefield — chasing multi-million-dollar sales targets, entangled in toxic rivalries, and constantly pulled into power games over incentives and recognition. The pressure was unrelenting. The stress began to seep into my body, into my mind.

Then came the most personal of storms — the long, painful unraveling of a marriage.

A decade of emotional turmoil. Sleepless nights. Panic attacks. Silence that screamed.

I tried everything — psychiatrists, psychologists, healers, therapists. I explored allopathy, ayurveda, NLP, CBT, EFT.

But nothing truly clicked… until I turned inward.

Yoga became my compass.

Meditation, my lifeline.

And slowly — breath by breath — I began to find my way back.

The Art of Living programs have been at the essence of that journey. They have seen the distillation of every breakdown, every breakthrough, and every quiet moment of rebuilding.

Thanks to Art of Living, today I am a wellness coach and an entrepreneur. Because I know what it feels like to drown in your own mind — and what it takes to swim through the storm.

I still face challenges.

But now, I meet them with tools I’ve learned — inner stillness, discipline, self awareness.

The Art of Living and Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji  gave me – Not perfection. Not escape. But the power to rise — from within.
